Standard Chartered (Times Square) - Virtual Reality
To promote the bank’s new credit card launching campaign, Standard Chartered Bank requested a tailor-made interactive game solution which allows cardholders to earn more coupon rewards and most importantly enhancing customer engagement with the launching campaign.
Mass Modules provided a VR Interactive Game Solution with a 65” Digital Signage Screen. Cardholders could enjoy a first-person shooter experience with a wearable VR goggles and a VR gun controller in a stimulated shopping mall environment. To earn more coupon rewards, cardholders had to shoot down as many flying objects as possible within a given time limit. Difficulty levels would be increased by the successful hit rate. Social media sharing and ranking list were provided for cardholders to post it on social media platform. Post-event customer data analysis was given to the bank for marketing campaign evaluation.
